TTReferee 支持

TTReferee 是乒乓球发球的人工复核工具。将手机固定在场边，拍摄需要观察的球员；发起挑战后，可以逐帧查看刚才的录像、标记回抛位置、保存遮挡证据。

请描述设备型号、iOS 版本、应用版本、操作步骤及错误提示。该渠道公开可见，请勿上传私人比赛录像、运动员照片或联系方式。我们不会要求你公开这些资料。

使用说明

  1. 将手机固定在安全位置，横屏对准被观察的球员。确认主页显示“正在录像”后再开始比赛。
  2. 发起挑战会停止录像，进入刚才画面的复核页。录像最多保留约三分钟，按照完整片段淘汰，实际保留时间可能略短。
  3. 逐帧查看、缩放和平移，再选用回抛或遮挡复核。回抛角度来自画面上的两个标点，是二维投影角度；拍摄位置会影响结果，结果仅用于辅助人工判断。
  4. 遮挡证据包含选定帧 JPEG、相关 MP4 和慢放 GIF。MP4 为保留原始编码，从所选区间之前的关键帧开始，因此可能包含额外画面。
  5. 点“继续比赛”重新开始录像。完整挑战录像默认不保存；开启设置中的开关后，挑战时尝试保存到系统照片库。

常见问题

没有预览或提示相机权限不足

在 iOS 的设置 → TTReferee 中允许相机权限，再返回应用重试。模拟器没有真实相机；测试视频仅用于专用验证版本。

保存证据失败

允许“添加照片”权限并检查设备剩余空间。证据生成或保存失败时可以重试；系统照片库中的已保存文件需要在“照片”中自行删除。不开启完整录像保存，也可以进行挑战。

录制因中断、温度、空间或负载停止

保持应用在前台。锁屏、切入后台或系统相机中断会结束当前采集，返回前台后重新建立录像。设备温度或负载过高时，稍后重试或降低画质、帧率。更改镜头、画质或帧率会清空当前滚动录像。

如何删除数据

继续比赛会清理上一轮临时挑战文件。卸载应用会移除应用内的设置和临时文件；已保存到照片库或已分享的证据不会随卸载删除，需到对应位置自行删除。详见隐私政策。

TTReferee support

TTReferee assists human review of table-tennis serves. Secure an iPhone or iPad beside the court, keep it in the foreground in landscape, and wait for the recording indicator before play. Start a challenge to stop capture and review recent footage frame by frame.

The rolling recording retains up to about three minutes, with whole-segment eviction. Continuing play starts a new recording. Changing the camera, resolution or frame rate clears the current recording. Full challenge recording is off by default.

Toss measurements use two manually placed points and a two-dimensional projected angle. Camera placement affects the measurement; this is an aid for human review. Evidence consists of a selected JPEG frame, an MP4 clip and a slow-motion GIF. The MP4 may start earlier at a preceding keyframe.

For camera access, open iOS Settings → TTReferee and allow Camera. For export, allow adding photos and check free storage. Interruptions, overheating or excessive load can stop recording; retry when conditions improve or choose a lower quality/frame rate. Delete saved media using Photos; uninstalling the app does not delete exported or shared copies. Read the privacy policy for details.
